1.冬瓜2小块。

2.洗净切小块。(皮不要去掉,冬瓜皮才清热下火。)

3.海藻泡洗干净。

4.猪扇骨飞水,洗净。

6.把所有材料放入汤锅,注入适量的水。

7.大火烧开转小火煲1.5小时即可。(可放盐调味。)
